A return is considered any order cancellation once an order has been fulfilled and a shipping tracking number issued.

There is a 15% restocking fee to return on all products under $500 unless there was a mistake on our part (not color shade or blade steel**) knives or other product  over $500 cannot be returned once purchased, be sure this is what you want before you purchase it, once the order is shipped the product is now yours, and we will not accept it back.

Return shipping is not included in this fee. 

All items are inspected before they are sent out  photographed, times stamped documented with the model and serial number. If the product is marked or used in any way, it will not be accepted as a return. In addition, all packaging and all contents must be received back as they were sent. If the box is damaged, produt is used, missing accessories will not be accepted back as a return.

A return or exchange must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order- this is non negotiable. AGAIN, All sales on orders over $500 are final, be very sure this is the product you want before you spend over $500 on it.

If your not sure, ask questions, we will be happy to answer them....All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless there is a mistake on our part.

Damages and Defects

Register all products with the manufacturer. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the manufacturer immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
